Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within Australia.
All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our authorised fulfilment partner
in South Korea to ensure product authenticity, quality control, and freshness.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on your order value and the shipping method you choose:

Standard Shipping (7–12 business days):
$7.50 for orders under $49
Free for orders $49 and above

Express Shipping (2-6 business days):
$25.00 for orders under $49
$20.00 for orders $49 and above

We only ship within Australia, and there are no hidden fees—the shipping cost is clearly shown at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). 
All parcels are shipped from South Korea, and delivery typically takes 
2–12 business days depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

What is your return policy?

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact us at info@kosmeticau.com to start a return.
