We ship all orders directly from our Seoul-based warehouse via international courier.

### Returns & Exchanges

- Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Please email us at kosmeticau.cs@gmail.com ** for return instructions.
- Return postage is covered if the item is faulty or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for opened skincare or cosmetics for hygiene reasons.

Shipping General

  • All parcels fromĀ KOSĀ are shipped directly from Korea.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the destination country.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. If there are any delays, we will notify customers within the same 24hour timeframe.
  • Please note that we are unable to ship to the following types of addresses: P.O. Box, APO, FPO, or DPO. While this message will still appear even if a full address is entered, as long as you can proceed to the next step, your address is valid, and there will be no issues.

Orders with a total purchase amount exceeding $49 qualify for freeĀ 


Shipping Notice

  • As per local customs regulations, if the package weighs more thanĀ 3kg, customs feesĀ may apply. Please note that the displayed weight on the website might differ from the actual shipping weight.
  • The weight of the box andĀ bubble wrapĀ is automaticallyĀ addedĀ to the shipping weight when selecting a shipping method.
  • Import duties and taxes areĀ excludedĀ in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Value Limit

  • To prevent delays caused by customs regulations,Ā KOSĀ limits the maximum order amount to $500 (excluding shipping costs).
  • For orders exceeding $500, we recommend splitting your purchase into two separate orders to avoid potential customs issues.

Delivery Failure


1. Lost Parcel

  • If the delivery status is marked as ā€œDeliveredā€ but you have not received your package, please inform us within 30 days so we can investigate with the shipping company.
  • Customers are required to provide evidence, such as photos, to help resolve any reported issues.
  • Refunds will only be processed if the shipping company officially declares the package as ā€œLost.ā€
  • Please note, the shipping company is not liable for stolen or missing packages after they are delivered to the correct address. In such cases, refunds or re-delivery are not possible.

2. Tax Payment Refusal

  • If customers refuse to pay customs taxes, as clearly stated in our ā€œShipping Noticeā€ that it is the customer’s responsibility,Ā refunds are not possible.
  • Please note that if the shipping company confirms the refusal to pay customs taxes beyond the specified deadline, the package will either be returned or disposed of. At this stage, even if customers change their mind and wish to pay, it will be too late, and a refund or re-delivery will not be possible.

3. Recipient Unreachable

  • If an order contains incorrect address or contact details, we will email customers to request the correct information.
  • If customers fail to provide the required information within the deadline set by the shipping company, the package will be returned or disposed of.
  • Please note:Ā Refunds or re-delivery areĀ not possibleĀ in this situation.
