📦 Shipping Information

kosmeticau is an Australian-registered business (ABN: 87683755268) based in Melbourne. To provide our customers with authentic K-beauty products at competitive prices, we ship directly from our partner warehouse in Seoul, South Korea.

All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center in Korea via trusted international couriers (e.g., KoreaPost, DHL, etc.).

Shipping Details:

⏱ Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

🚚 Standard shipping typically takes 7–12 business days to Australia.

📦 You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

🧾 All prices shown on kosmeticau.com include GST. No additional Australian taxes will be charged at checkout.

🌐 Shipping Zones

Currently, kosmeticau only ships to customers in Australia. If you are outside Australia, we are unable to fulfil your order at this time.

⚠️ Customs & Duties

Orders shipped to Australia are not subject to additional import duties under current de minimis limits. However, in rare cases where customs applies fees or delays, kosmeticau is not liable for such charges.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Delivery Issues

1. Lost Parcels

If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will assist you with a shipping investigation.

Refunds for lost parcels are only available if:

  • The shipping carrier confirms the parcel is lost

  • The address provided during checkout was correct

2. Refused Deliveries / Unpaid Duties

If an order is returned to us because it was refused or not collected, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
