Fulfilment Origin

All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our authorised fulfilment centre located at:
1405-1406, 63 Samwon-ro, Deogyang-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.

Kosmeticau is an Australian-registered business (ABN: 87683755268), and we operate a cross-border fulfilment model to ensure product authenticity, freshness, and direct supply from Korea to Australia.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia via Australia Post.
Once your parcel clears customs in Australia, it is handled and delivered by Australia Post to your address.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
After processing, your order is dispatched from our South Korea fulfilment centre and enters international transit before being handed over to Australia Post for final delivery.

Tracking

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your delivery through the Australia Post tracking portal once it reaches Australia.
