Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Gift cards and vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash unless they are faulty.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
  • Items purchased on sale or with discount codes will be refunded at the price paid after the discount.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

If you’ve had a change of heart, return your unopened and unused item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs apply.

Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please don’t dispose of the item until we’ve had a chance to assist you.

Received an Incorrect Item

If we’ve sent you the wrong product, you can return it free of charge. We’ll also cover any shipping costs for the return.

Faulty Items

For faulty products, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We’ll guide you through the return process and ensure the issue is resolved promptly.
