Refund Policy

We want you to love your K-beauty products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy for both defective and non-defective products.

Conditions for Returns

✔ Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.

✔ Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

✔ Gift cards and vouchers cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

✔ We do not charge restocking fees.

✔ Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges are not accepted.

Shipping & Return Labels

✔ Returns are accepted by mail.

Return shipping is free if the item is faulty or incorrect.

✔ For change of mind or ordering the wrong item, return shipping costs apply and may be deducted from your refund.

Made a mistake? No worries — send it back unused within 30 days. Return shipping cost will apply.

✔ Damaged in Transit
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. Do not dispose of the item until we advise next steps.

✔ Received an Incorrect Item
Our mistake? You can return the item free of charge. We’ll provide a prepaid return label.

✔ Faulty Items
Email us within 7 days with a photo. We’ll resolve it quickly and cover any return shipping if necessary.

How to Start a Return
