Track Order

As part of our international fulfilment model, all parcels are shipped from our authorised fulfilment centre in South Korea and delivered to customers in Australia through Australia Post.

Tracking your order with kosmeticau is quick and simple. Simply enter your tracking number in the field above to see the latest updates from our shipping partners, including international transit progress and the final delivery stage in Australia.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder. Orders are dispatched promptly from South Korea, and delivery typically takes:
• Express: 2–6 business days
• Standard: 7–12 business days
(Delivery timeframes include international transit and customs clearance.)

You can also track your parcel directly through the Australia Post tracking website once it arrives in Australia. The same tracking number will show updates from South Korea to the final delivery to your address.

If your tracking number doesn’t seem to work or hasn’t updated after 48 hours, don’t worry — it can take some time for tracking information to sync while the parcel is in international transit.
